Northeast Testing Inc is owned and operated by David Ip, former Baltimore P.D. and DEA. We are registered in the State of New York and have been providing drug and alcohol screening for over 20 years. Our headquarters are located in Albany, NY, however, we have collectors providing screening services throughout New York as well as many other states. Northeast Testing complies with all Federal drug and alcohol testing and confidentiality requirements. We can ensure that your business is compliant with all mandated regulations. Northeast Testing is a Government Contractor providing TWIC enrollment, TSA pre-checks as well as employment fingerprinting services and background checks at our offices in Albany, NY.

       Northeast Testing is an EOHN provider for Alere Toxicology, as well as a preferred collection site for Quest Diagnostics and Laboratory Corporation of America. Being listed as a preferred collection site allows Northeast Testing and its clients to utilize the thousands of collection sites provided by these laboratories throughout the State of New York and the entire country. All laboratories listed above are SAMSHA certified laboratories that provide DOT drug screening. Many of the collection sites also provide alcohol screening to our clients. 

       The Medical Review Officers for Northeast Testing, are Dr. Stephen Kracht and Doctors Review Service Inc. Both Dr. Kracht and Doctors Review Service are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers. Sue Quinn is the Substance Abuse Professional utilized by Northeast Testing. Sue has a Master’s Degree in Chemical Dependency from Sage College (2001), a Bachelors’ Degree from SUNY Albany in Psychology and minor in Sociology (1992). Sue is a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), is credentialed by the Department of Transportation (DOT) as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) counselor, and has certification in Gambling Addiction. Sue is certified to provide substance abuse assessments for individuals working for organizations that are required to comply with DOT drug and alcohol screenings regulations.
